Summary

Yoga has been a path of healing, growth, and deep self-discovery for Julie, both on and off the mat. Through practice, she has learned how yoga can harmonize the mind, body, and spirit, helping us live with greater presence, balance, and inner peace. With a lifelong love of group fitness and dance, Julie brings a fluid, creative energy to her classes, where strength and grace meet. Julie's greatest joy comes from sharing this practice with others—holding space for students to explore, heal, and grow in their own unique journey. Through mindful flow, breath, and heartfelt guidance, Julie inspires her students to shine brightly from within.

On a personal level, Julie enjoys the outdoors with her family, hiking, kayaking, skiing and walks with their dog. Julie started teaching fitness classes whilst on maternity-leave with her youngest child who is now attending university.

Over the years, Julie has certified and taught many disciplines, including strength training, cycle, Zumba and yoga. Julie maintains that fitness is her passion, never considered to be work.
