I'm responsible for all transverses activities within the Quality organization for the A220 program, that means;

• Ensure, maintain improve: Supplier Compliance, Product Safety and Integrity, Manufacturing Performance, Operations Support. Develop, deploy and manage an organizational structure and ensure its maintenance: Governance, performance indicators, Strategics, transverses and transformation projects, Deploy & maintain processes, tools and training (PPS, APQP, Quality Standards, Quality gate, Digitalization, and such) Evaluation of resource needs, workload vs capacity

• Ensure the transition to the transformation of roles and responsibilities, processes and tools from the legacy program to the Airbus model. Protect the assembly line by monitoring quality and safety of the product, resource needs and process improvements. Contain, measure and improve the non-quality of purchased parts. Support customer satisfaction by improving overall quality.

• Ensure to maintain & improve; Supplier compliance, quality control of detail & assembly parts, receiving, metrology & NDT (non-destructive testing) on all sites and programs. Develop, communicate and implement the vision and strategies to improve the quality of the site including resources, materials and financial. Improve the quality system to ensure compliance with clients & regulatory requirements (AS9100, NADCAP, TCCA) Ensure compliance with employee training and skills requirements.

• Temporary Mission during the development of the program to manage a multi-function team to ensure the completion of general activities of outstanding work and implementation of inherent modifications to flight test aircraft.

• Ensure the quality and conformity of products as well as the site's production process in relation to the legal or normative obligations of various authorities, such as FAA, EASA, TCCA, NADCAP, AS9100. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement initiatives to reduce non-quality, delegate inspection, perform problem solving etc.
