  • Leading the continuous evaluation and evolution of HR Systems that include payroll systems, etc.
  • Partnered with cross-functional team members and IT team members on HRIS-related issues/enhancements/queries.
  • Executed all business processes on HRIS (SAP and Ultipro) to capture entire lifecycle of employee from hire to retire. Updated regularly any changes to employee's status - Hire, job changes, pay changes, vacation changes etc to reflect on HR systems.
