With 28 years of experience in the early childhood industry I delight in spending quality time with children in a joyful play based environment. I strongly believe in a behavior management policy that emphasizes positive achievements and deals effectively with challenges.

For 14 years at Top of the Hill Nursery School I was able to work with preschool age children and ready them for the step into kindergarten. It was an great adventure as I played, learned, and watched them develop the academic and social skills needed for school.

I am seeking employment in the childcare industry as supply staff to support co-workers and to remain in the company of children.
