This project was made for the understanding of the culture of coffee in Vancouver. The first step of a small company to get into market, a successful journey of 5 months where we raised money, and understood what the market wants when it comes to drink a cup of coffee.

• Led executive team in project execution, strategic planning, and daily operations, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Developed and maintained relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, college directors, and staff.
• Recruited, trained, and mentored volunteers, fostering a productive and skilled workforce.
• Analyzed market data and created financial projections to identify growth opportunities and propose budget allocations for the steps after the stage on the college.
• Greeted and communicated with customers to take beverage orders and offer recommendations based on taste preferences.

• Assisted chefs with line cooking and food preparation, following recipe cards and portion standards for consistent quality.
• Maintained inventory levels by restocking items as needed and accurately receiving deliveries from vendors.
• Upheld kitchen sanitation and safety standards, ensuring a safe environment for staff and customers.
• Operated fryers and grills according to instructions to maintain safety and food quality.
