Assist the Northern California Distribution Center Management Team with receiving, shipping and transportation of product including distribution as it arrives to its destination.

* Work independently collaborating and communicating with team members to achieve daily goals

* Provide all departments with necessary equipment to fill orders

* Maintain, organize and rotate supplies to optimize time management

* Prioritize tasks for each department to maximize productivity

* Focus on time consumption to meet deadlines by coordinating with drivers for timely trailer pickups

* Work on Outlook and Excel to complete daily reports

* Review daily reports to ensure proper documentation has been received for accuracy and reduce errors in inventory

* Balance multiple departments simultaneously throughout each day

* Offload freight at each delivery to customer satisfaction

* Receive product and company assets for return to warehouse

* Effectively offer support and assistance to colleagues daily.

* Monitor inventory levels to facilitate effective scheduling for incoming and outgoing shipments.

* Provide excellent customer service both internal and external stakeholders

Work flexible schedules. Able to lift 50lbs frequently and exceeding 75lbs occasionally. Safely operate heavy equipment. Move and safely climb in and out of tractor cab, trailer and forklift. Walk, stand for long periods of time. Operate tractor trailer combination up to 11 hrs consecutively. Transport hazardous materials using ll state and federal guidelines. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain a class A drivers license. Provide excellent customer service, both internally and externally. Willing to perform other duties as assigned. Clean Motor vehicle record. Hazardous Materials Endorsement.
