I began my role as a sales associate, and following my leadership skills and sales tactics I got promoted to a sales lead. Soon after I got promoted to a Co-Manager and with this position the roles included always help my associates and sales leads if there were any complications that involved any operational or customer problems. I would always have to be ready to handle any situations or problems that may arise, to give the best customer service possible.

I would help out customers by ringing up their merchandise at the registers and would be ready to answer any questions when they came up. I would constantly have to be ready to answer the phone as it would ring often due to there being many questions regarding about books and online orders. Many parents, staff, and students would come with several questions regarding directions for buildings, so I had to get familiarized with the campus to know where to send them to.
