I have experience with multiple programming languages (Python, C++, Java) and have led or contributed to projects involving deep learning architectures such as GANs, GPTs, BERT, and ViTs. My work also spans data science tasks, including data wrangling with pandas, model validation, and working with structured formats like JSON.
Currently, my research focuses on deep feature extraction from cancerous histopathological images for survival analysis. I am also working on multimodal integration of histopathological images and clinical variables, combining NLP and computer vision in a biomedical context.
