During this last cycle I helped my team be more efficient by creating jaas dashboards and streamlining testing processes. This helped me work my way up to the top level of the Development support Pay tiers.
During their time here they worked on the Live content support team. Their main role was to test weekly content updates and to communicate with Development and the other testing teams to plan for future patches. Most patches where weekly cosmetic updates but every couple weeks there would also be balance changes and bug fixes.
