  • In this role, my primary responsibility is to drive engagement with consumers and execute a social media plan with excellence, ensuring that plans roll up to the overall digital content strategy, across the Jamieson Wellness portfolio of brands. The Consumer Engagement Manager is responsible for creating brand content calendars, optimizing performance on all social media platforms and creating best-in-class consumer-led social content and consumer engagement experiences that align with the brand’s positioning, tone and platform best practices. The Consumer Engagement Manager will monitor consumer and social trends, and regularly pull performance data and learnings to develop relevant content that can be used on a global scale. While an understanding of all digital marketing is required in order to collaborate on all digital content initiatives, this role will focus mainly on social media and engagement.
