• Receive cross border pre-alerts for incoming shipments
• Create recovery schedule based on all pre-alerts received
• Control room liaison for the dock & yard simultaneously
• Designated routing of LTL shipments
• Dispatch runners and line-haul drivers according to the schedule
• Resolve any issues arising from recovery attempt

• Accurate ECHO reporting with 100% compliance to maintain GEMBA board scores
• Data entry- Field Management Reporting, InfoHub, Traksite, ShipTrack dispatch portal
• Performing check in/ check out duties
• Clear and effective daily service communication with all the managers and drivers at the depot
• Cross functionally working with Operations/Shipping/Retail department
• Processing customer payments to the head office
• Monitoring trailer requirements for everyday freight & further requesting dispatch
• Updating & maintaining excel spreadsheets for all the Trailers, Trucks, Rentals Inventory at the depot
• Ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

• Assisting Strategic Partner Services Team with measuring and monitoring delivery services provided by third party agents
• Working closely with operations team to meet deadlines, facilitating, and supporting workshops
• Using company driven dashboards to report OTPs
• Extracting raw data to assist reporting services, identifying trends, evaluating, and initiating solutions
• Root cause analysis for service failures
• Generating scorecards to report week over week & month over month trends.

• Fulfilling operational requirements of E-Commerce
• Problem solving quality control, barcode errors
• On the floor securing inventory, including receiving, stowing, picking, and packaging.

• Sorting parcels according to respective postal codes
• Time bound completion of reports and documents.
