As a Veterinary Receptionist it is my primary goal is to ensure the smooth and professional operation of the front desk while delivering excellent customer service to pet owners and effective support to the veterinary team. Essentially being the bridge between clients and the clinic's internal staff it is my job to greet customers and pets to a welcoming environment while maintaining a clean and healthy work environment. Answering emails and phone calls promptly while Scheduling and Managing efficiently both urgent and routine visits.
