Hired as an assembly team member, within three years, had worked on multiple lines, learning many different aspects of the assembly process. Once earning a permanent position I was hand selected by my group leader to start my team leader training and lead the group in learning all of the jobs for the new major model change. In this position I would trouble shoot issues with the processes and make changes based on ergo, efficiency and quality. Other duties included leading a team on the line as a team leader in training, working start-up ensuring the line is ready for production start and working with various equipment including, hand tools, automated guided vehicles, and hoists.

Starting on the bottom rung, I was hired as a dishwasher and quickly moved up the ladder, preforming prep work and eventually gaining a role on the main line, along side preforming duties in banquets. Cooking for large groups of people, I would learn to prep accordingly, days ahead, to ensure the correct amount of prep. Working in a fast paced environment, having to make quick decisions and being able to problem solve in high stress situations.

• Operated varied kitchen equipment, observing operation guidelines to avoid accidents and prevent malfunctions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using various kitchen equipment safely for efficient food preparation.
