Accomplishments

Spearheaded a Infrastructure Modernization project, timeline of 1 year, completed in half the time through strategic planning in conjunction with Project Management. This allowed for reducing repeated trips to sites and allowed streamlining of site by site work, rather than multiple maintenance windows affecting end users and patients. This project involved 60 locations, with over 100 switches and WAPs. Additionally requiring reconfigure of switching infrastructure to eliminate daisy-chaining and single points of failure.


Took lead on many networking aspects of a datacenter migration, building out the desired outcome based on IT Leadership specifications. Built out a LAN focused switching network to allow ESXI hosts to communicate directly with Rubrik appliance(which I configured, setup and manage). This network allows the Rubrik to perform backups without interfering with traffic to or from sites. This also allows me to keep VM using Continuous Data Protection for RTO's of 2 minutes.
