Tasks involved:
Ran my own personal training business during my studies at Massey University.
Provided sessions and programs to university population, University level athletes, physio referrals and special populations, (chronic illness & injury).
Provided specialized training to clients with spinal cord injuries, as I was also in charge of the University's Spinal rehab lab.
Supervising and managing undergraduate students when in the exercise lab with their clients. Caseload was composed of clients with chronic illnesses (MS, Parkinson's disease, Diabetes, Cancer, etc). Take over all exercise training responsibilities during summer months while students are absent.
