Currently, in charge of 50+ construction projects for more than 30 network hospitals, clinics, and retail facilities in South Dakota, Minnesota, and Iowa region. Leading construction projects from design to completion. In charge of leading risk assessments and safety coordination meetings. Put together estimates, schedules, and monitor day-to-day operational aspects of projects. Maintaining containments and insuring they are intact. Work experience in retail commercial, and hospital occupancies. Collaborate directly with architects, engineers, and designers to develop solutions for complex problems. Consult with directors, physicians, nurses, and other leadership to insure proper final product.

Managed up to twenty projects from start to finish. Served as the Safe Coordinator in the construction department. Implementing strategy on mitigating injury and improving the quality of the workplace. Supported senior project manager overseeing the region hospitals and clinics. Attended IBC conferences to updated knowledge of changing codes. Ability to use CAD, Bluebeam, and Excel.

Conducted routine facility inspections, identifying areas needing improvement and eliminating hazards posed to staff and residents for continued compliance with associated regulations. Reviewed blueprints for past and present construction projects. Shadowed executives, directors, and department managers in multiple departments.
