Coaching Highlights:

• Rugby: 2 Provincial Championships with Senior Girls @ Sturgeon Composite HS. Started Girls Varsity Rugby program at Wm E Hay.
• Volleyball: 4 Seasons of Sr Varsity Boys & 1 Junior High Boys.
• Basketball: 3 Seasons of Senior Varsity.
• Track & Badminton: 1 Season.

Adult Amateur Rugby. One club of about 40 female athletes, competing each week in both the Alberta Women's Premier & Edmonton Second Division.

Highlights:

• Transitioning 11, previously coached, high schools grads to women's rugby
• Highest athlete enrolment of any adult program in northern Alberta

Pursuit Volley is a club volleyball organization that caters to high caliber youth athletes that aspire to play post-secondary. Pursuit hosts many development camps throughout the Edmonton region.

I join them often to introduce athletes to skill sessions that include an exposure to the basic concepts of neuroscience. For example, juggling for performance and state priming.

Concordia Men's Volleyball is composed of student athletes. I worked with this group for 2 seasons, with a similar neuroscience theme to activities, utilizing juggling again to introduce concepts, and transferring lessons to volleyball specific activities.
