• Treat and transport ill and injured patients from emergency scenes to appropriate health care facilities while adhering to Alberta College of Paramedics and Alberta Health Services standards
• As an ACP, I serve as a patient advocate and communicate efficiently with fellow first responders, healthcare workers, and patients' families to ensure that the patient gets the best possible care

Teach Primary Care Paramedic students and Emergency Medical Responders students while adhering to NOCP guidelines.

• Assist in everyday fleet maintenance
• Ensure that spare vehicles are clean, fully equipped and supplied as required by provincial regulations and AHS EMS inventory lists
• Responsible for inspection and repair of equipment (i.e Power Cots, Power Loads, suction units) and engage AHS vendors as required
