  • Manage inventory levels by conducting audits on direct reports (SRRS).
  • Ensure all deliveries are made on time
  • Run data reports to assess performance and identify sales/service improvement opportunities.
  • Work with high and and low performing customers and visit all account to improve performance and build effective relationships.
  • Responsible for safety and supervision of direct reports (SRRS).
  • Review routes for all SRRs every 6 months for efficiency.
  • Ensure SRRs are DOT certified.
