Assist community members with hydration, meal set up and eating assistance. • Assure assigned community members are accounted for in activities and dining room. • Observe community members for changes in condition and report any significant changes. • Assisting with bathing and dressing the client. • Assisting with preparation, serving and consumption of food and • drink. • Administering oral and topical medication as prescribed by a doctor Maintaining records of all treatment being administered. • Assist up to 60 residents per month to complete activities of daily living, including hygiene, feeding and toileting, and help them clean and maintain eyeglasses, dentures and hearing aids. • Documented vitals, behaviors and medications in client medical records. • Consulted with supervisors to assess cases and plan strategies for enhancing care. • Perform preventive care, routine wound management, medication administration and specimen collection. • Provide safe mobility support to help patients move around personal and public spaces.
