• Coordinate a wide range of adaptive recreation and Special Olympics programs, serving nearly 200 participants annually across all ages, disabilities, and backgrounds.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate a dedicated team of part-time staff and volunteers, ensuring inclusive, safe, and engaging programming tailored to participant needs.
• Maintain and strengthen long-standing partnerships with key organizations such as Special Olympics Southern California to enhance program offerings and community connection.
• Oversee program logistics, including budgets, supplies, facility use, and risk management, while ensuring ADA compliance and participant safety.
• Lead the planning and execution of all adaptive recreation events, programs, and Special Olympics offerings, ensuring high-quality experiences that are safe, engaging, and responsive to the needs of participants with disabilities.

(Concurrent with Adaptive Role)

• Manage daily operations, equipment use, rentals, and public safety at a highly utilized community park and recreation facility.
• Supervise a team of part-time staff, ensuring quality service delivery and adherence to City policies and procedures.
• Coordinate seasonal programming, public events, and private rentals, providing logistical oversight and on-site support.
• Oversee supply inventory and assist with facility maintenance coordination and risk reporting.
• Serve as the division-wide coordinator during evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, maintaining city-wide service continuity.

(Concurrent with Adaptive Role)

• Delivered high-quality customer service in a fast-paced golf course setting, managing guest interactions, tee times, and policy enforcement.
• Oversaw Pro Shop operations including POS systems, reporting, merchandise sales, and implementation of COVID-19 safety protocols.
• Coordinated with maintenance and custodial staff to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and presentation of the course and facilities.
• Supervised range and course operations, performed vehicle inspections, and ensured safe and efficient use of all equipment.
• Scheduled and trained part-time staff, promoting accountability, safety, and effective communication.
