
Over 10 years of hands-on experience in planning, implementing, coordination, monitoring, review, appraisal and assessment of potential and existing risks for drinking water, waste water projects, programs and environmental protection initiatives at national, city, municipality and community level. Proven knowledge of drinking water production, distribution, quality management systems and emergency response protocols. Knowledge and hands-on experience in source protection planning and implementation of initiatives. Proven skills and proficiency in use of computer and specialized software for data collection, management, analysis, proof-reading and report writing, electronic record keeping and document management; with emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail. Sincere customer service skills to effectively respond to inquiries, service requests, complaints in a diplomatic, unbiased and professional manner with diversity approach. Strong organizational, time management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills, able to meet strict deadlines and maintain attention to details in a high pressure and fast-paced environment. Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to network, negotiate, build rapport and maintain effective working relationships with staff at all levels, community agencies the public and clients. Knowledge and skills in stake holders’ management. Good on-the road driving with class G drivers’ license and own insured vehicle. Knowledge of water and wastewater management software like SCADA systems. Knowledge of Ontario regulations related to water abstraction, production and distribution.
