Lead all processes that provide assurance of Operational Integrity and Reliability and identify and implement opportunities to reduce Operations risks and improve safety performance.

To continuously reduce Operational HSSE and Business risks by managing and applying the HSE Management System framework for Plant Operations ensuring a robust framework for incident prevention, management, investigations, reviews, and follow-ups.

• Business Lead for major change of NLNG Permit Software from e-PTW, paper permits to eVision platform; collaborating with the entire division, manage MOC and deployed in house training of 900 persons in the entire organization setting aside planned vendor training.
• Reduced PTW issuance defect rate at 8am daily from 74% to 50% leading to cost avoidance of $2.6million annually (2016) using the LEAN methodology.
• Initiated and successfully implemented the transfer of Electrical competence to PO personnel with 7% improvement in daily PTW Issuing time(2018).
• Cost savings worth $ 80,000 through vendor engagement and negotiation for a major permit vision upgrade to version 7.1

• ·Business focal for the operationalization of Production Division bowties; collaborate with other Business Departments to defining bowties. Roles & Responsibilities , developing proof points and issuing appointment letters to all Safety critical positions holders, thus enhancing business clarity and personnel performance.
• Corporate HSE DAY committee member 2015 & 2016.
• Collate, analyze and facilitate Plant trip and HSE incident investigations providing solution to forestall re-occurrence leading to higher plant reliability and preventing HSE incidents.
• Issue weekly, quarterly plant reliability reports for Operations manager, Reliability committee, production scheduling team, and bench marking group.

To lead the planning and execution of all critical plant Operational activities in line with approved Operational Strategies, monitoring and ensuring compliance with approved procedures and work instructions to meet the agreed Production plan in line with NLNG’s HSSE goals and objectives.

• Manage work schedule for operator / senior operator/ principal operator working in my area.
• Manage quick response to plant process changes and upsets to minimize production losses.
• Manage maintenance preparation of equipment with maintenance department.
• Member International Human Resources Development corporation (IHRDC) online Operations Module review for Operations department.

To carry out daily field operational activities in the assigned plant area in a safe and efficient manner to ensure steady and sustained production in line with the daily production targets. Perform the role of a safety critical position holder and a safety critical human barrier as defined in the bowties to ensure the effectiveness of the control barriers.
