Overall responsibility for 640 acre property which operates year round providing outdoor activities and experiences. Sole responsibility for budgeting, P&L, providing annual staffing, organic growth to new customers, facility repair and maintenance, contractor selection and oversight, all county/state/federal permitting and compliance. Highlights include: YOY revenue and occupancy growth, implemented new reservation software that enhanced the customers interface and provided improved reporting, awarded over $1.5MM in grants to manage forest projects.

• Responsible for the start-up of a 200K sq. ft. construction parts distribution center.
• Coordinated all “up-fitting” of site, working with contractors to meet timelines for “go-live”.
• Adapted to unplanned growth 6 months following startup and doubled capacity and staffing.
• Developed all Standard Work Instructions for new customer as well as KPI’s.
• Overall responsibility of $20MM inventory, 33K sku’s, 75 employees.

• Participated in the startup of a 200sq. ft. food distribution facility while simultaneously implementing new ERP.
• Facility oversight includes: inbound operations, outbound operations, warehouse slotting and transportation.
• Responsible for P&L as well as CapEx planning and fulfillment.
• Hired and developed staffing which saw 300% growth in 1.5 years.
• Celebrated zero turnover of warehouse staffing in first year of operation.
• Established strategies and KPI’s to tie new ERP processes into existing company processes.
• Integral contributor during integration of accounts/distribution from primary DC to new DC.

• Successfully led multiple-market teams (transportation/operations/digital imaging/data storage) in the safe handling and processing of secure and sensitive documents and media.
• Administered regulatory/compliance requirements and training to include: HIPAA, DOT, NAID, HOS, internal & external audits.
• Warehouse operations included 700,000sq' of storage- transportation servicing four states.
• Lead all accident/injury initiatives for state of Nevada.
• Responsible for resource planning and asset allocation.
• Partnered with sales team to provide pure customer satisfaction.

• Identified and implemented efficiencies in warehousing and distribution within the nation’s 5th largest school district.
• Developed and employed work-flow processes which supported improved customer service at lower costs.
• Restructured delivery services and operations to optimize the human capital and assets of; mailroom, general supply delivery and warehouse.
• Successfully executed a warehouse and product redesign flow to ensure optimum efficiency.

• Directed multi-state activities of management team and 300+unionized personnel to prepare facilities and construct custom exhibits for local and international tradeshows.
• Analyzed end to end processes, identifying areas for increasing customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
