Production /Material Planner and Production Expeditor with 39 years of experience. Currently I'm employed as a Sr. Production Planner on the Osam 1 Robotic Arm Program. Responsible for over some 210 parts and subassemblies. My broad scope of experience has been in assuring shop floor coordination and facilitating work in process through various work centers while maintaining an interface with Manufacturing leads and scheduling by dispatching material for the shop floor work centers. Creating and releasing work orders to manufacturing shop to meet all requirements and schedule. Identified and resolved constraints to support customer requirements. Although the assignment at Maxar on the Osam 1 Robotic Arm Program is interesting and Challenging.With more than 39 years years of business experience I would like the opportunity to put my knowledge,skills and dedication to working for your company.

Responsibility of creating Program Material Schedule and associated documentations, statuses, monitoring, controlling. Using the gant a graphical representation of the schedule we tracked planned performance , Which captures task, duration & milestones related resources and cost. Issue requisitions for procured components and coordinate through Fiscal and Quality for placement by procurement. Coordinate with receiving on all incoming materials and have transportation delivery to the appropriate areas, also updating requester on status of there requirements.

Creating schedule's with the master scheduler. Using filters we tracked planned events - procurement kickoff, vendor % complete. Source inspection requirements. Mimicked MRP to issue requisitions for procured components and coordinate through Fiscal and Quality for placement by procurement. Coordinate with receiving on all incoming materials and have transportation delivery to the appropriate areas. In the Machine shop my daily task was to assure that all tooling and materials were available to support the shop floor.

Assuring production assemblies for numerous different programs are in compliance and being completed on schedule. Creating and releasing work orders to the manufacturing shop floor. Verifying kit list components availability. Controlling shop floor capacity and managing excess material.
