At herc rentals I got to learn about the world of renting and maintaining construction equipment. Learned rather quickly how to operate all pieces of equipment and how operations are run. If anyone needed help, I was always willing so that I may learn as much as possible. Anything from helping unbury a piece of equipment, to swapping out cart batteries or even changing out forks in the yard and out in the field.
Always excelled in any area I was thrown into. At target I worked anywhere from general merch to food and beverage, receiving, front end, backroom, etc. I have worked in a warehouse as well not only for Target but for Bobrick Washroom equipment company under an internship program. Thanks to my two new team lead positions I would say I'm very versatile in the sense of I like to work hands on but can also delegate and do tasks on the computer side as well.
