The top 10% of the companies producers are invited to a week-long celebration in places like Hawaii, New York, San Diego, etc. The key to my consistent success was an continued focus on treating my customer's business as if it was my own, and following up with strategic recommendations for operational and marketing improvements.

As the "Best of The Best (3 Years), I was the top sale producer in the country with over $50,000,000 in annual revenue. Being in the company of such an amazing and talented group of people, I think the Best of The Best title is earned, but you also have to get lucky with customers ordering at the right time, and managing your existing base of business. Nevertheless, it was always a tremendous honor.
