Summary

I am a dedicated nursing student with a strong passion not only for clinical excellence, but for educating and supporting others in their learning. While knowledge is essential in nursing, I believe the ability to effectively share that knowledge is what truly strengthens patient care and the profession as a whole. I feel fortunate that nursing found me, as my original path was in kinesiology, but this field has given me a deeper sense of purpose and connection. In addition to my academic journey, I serve as an Operations Training Supervisor at Six Flags Magic Mountain, where I train staff, promote safety, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures. This experience has strengthened my ability to teach diverse learners, communicate clearly, and prioritize safety skills that directly translate to both nursing practice and education. I strongly value giving back to my community and hope to return to my college in the future to teach and support students in their own nursing journeys. My long-term goal is to become a nursing educator, where I can combine clinical experience with mentorship to help develop confident, compassionate, and competent future nurses.
