Assisted preconstruction and operations teams with 3D Logistics to quantify soil treatment and understand heavy equipment requirements, supported the scheduling team to optimize a mock schedule that reduced 3 months of field work, created a 4D animation utilized during client interviews to win a $250M city project - San Francisco Fire Department Training Facilities.

• Developed 3D models using Revit for construction projects and pursuit efforts. Utilized 4D modeling programs to create project animations to assist the preconstruction team in interviews with clients.
• Created site logistics plans for field operation teams to facilitate field layout and quantify material.
• Conducted clash detection using Navisworks to identify MEPF conflicts, in an effort to minimize potential field conflicts with other systems.
• Supported coordination efforts between architects, engineers, and subcontractors to reflect any design changes.
• Performed laser scanning to create project deliverables, such as heat maps for concrete floors, to verify the quality of work.

• Managed design documentation (RFIs and submittals) to ensure procurement of material is aligned with the project schedule, and design conflicts are addressed.
• Coordinated meetings and recorded meeting minutes between key players: clients, design teams, and subcontractors.
• Maintained the project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving field issues.
• Resolved BIM clashes between MEPF systems and building elements to prevent field issues using Navisworks clash detection.
• Performed daily site walks to verify field installation of material and document site progress.
