· Support both customers and technicians within the service center with the Parts they need to complete repairs essentially making it possible for the customer to receive there vehicle back in a timely manner
· Source parts from various service centers/ place orders to warehouses
· Prepare internal orders for shipment to other service center locations
· Process and return warranty part shipments for quality assurance including handling hazardous material such as High Voltage Battery Batteries
· Put away stock and receive special order parts for Parts Hold Vehicles updating all notes in SCA
· Manage inventory by performing daily counts, reporting discrepancies
· Organize and maintain Parts department by throwing away empty boxes sweeping and making it look presentable
· Escalating any parts needed to Regional Parts Manager via emails. Essentially for vehicles on parts hold or delivery escalation vehicles ( end of quarter )
· Pickup and transport parts using company truck or forklift ( Old Dominion Shipments )
· Use Microsoft Excel to run reports ( Aging Report ) to ensure all parts have been ordered/ sourced for vehicles currently on Hold
