- Providing the proper tools to newly on-boarding associates by granting them access (Paragon, event history, freight management, dock master). All tools to ensure they will be successful during their shift.
- Conduct daily safety audits on all yard personale and document good and bad behavior found, and provide the correct action plan to address the issues found.
- Review Smart Drive footage with associates, provide both good and negative feedback to associate after footage has been reviewed.
- Conduct daily insurance and registration audits on yard trucks and over the road trucks to ensure all equipment meets company policies
