- Completes necessary paperwork and labels for packaging ensuring correct information is noted as per the departmental requirements

- Obtain required custom material (25 lbs or less) using the tow motor and delivers to staging area with tow motor

- Solves minor packaging issues as per order requirements

- Checks that all ingredients as required on formulae, ensures weights are correct and that final pallet is assembled correctly

- Communicates internally with other departments for the purpose of gathering materials and maintaining inventories

- Understands and follows all security, HACCP, GMP and BRC policies and procedures

- Operate forklift as required
