One of my jobs was to prepare containers for painting by using different tools and methods.

• Used grinders and orbital sanders to strip the container and allow the paint to stick.
• Used spot welders to fix any dents, then Bondo to repair.
• Used compressed air to clean all surfaces of debris.
• Clean the container with tack rags and prep solution to pick up any leftover debris that could damage the paint.
• Used Graco airless paint machines with 2-in-1 paint to cover the container.

As a painter, I was responsible for all the prep work, from laying down tarps to finalizing the container, and making sure there were as few imperfections as possible from start to finish.

As a shift lead I was responsible for many tasks around the warehouse.

I assigned the crew which trucks they were responsible for completing by

• picking and pulling batches of feed for the order
• strategically loading the truck
• using forklift and weight distribution

I was responsible for breaking out all employees in my warehouse (up to 10). Making sure they are at good stopping point in their work and covering their breaks.

One of my main duties was to make sure everyone was completing all safety training and daily forklift inspections. While also training employees to be certified to use the forklifts.

I had many jobs to do in my main warehouse as well as being certified and trained in other parts and different warehouses.

In my role as a cook I had many tasks and duties by Ensuring we were rush ready which includes

• Making sure all fryers were cleaned and at temperature ready to use
• Breading tables set up, fully stocked and sanitized
• All prep charts are being followed
• Ensuring proper thawing policies are followed

Being a cook is a very important role in the operation of the restaurant. We are responsible for making sure we have enough product in hand at all times and are following all policies to ensure time and temperature control as well as cross contamination.
