Accountability & Goal Achievement:
Ensure that our location consistently meets or exceeds fitness department goals, including revenue, client retention, and operational benchmarks.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics across departments, providing actionable feedback and solutions.
• Hands-On Support:
Work directly with gym teams in maintenance, membership sales, and personal training to improve processes, enhance sales techniques, and deliver exceptional member experiences.
Assist fitness staff in closing sales, and ensure the seamless execution of fitness programs.
• Sales Leadership:
Drive personal and team sales by setting an example through direct involvement in sales activities, and improving their sales pitch.
Provide training and mentorship to fitness teams to increase their confidence and effectiveness in selling memberships, personal training, and other services.
• Department Development:
Oversee all aspects of the fitness department, training techniques, and including hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training for fitness staff.
Collaborate with gym managers to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionality in fitness areas.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
