In this position, I have the rewarding opportunity to support children who face challenges in their academic journey. I meticulously design engaging lesson plans and contribute to dynamic projects, equipping students with effective methods and skills to enhance their learning experiences. My approach encourages collaboration, allowing children to work together in groups while also fostering individual growth. Furthermore, I conduct comprehensive assessments to monitor and celebrate each child's progress, ensuring they receive the guidance and encouragement they need to thrive.
