I really think id be a great fit for this position. I have a long history of keeping employment. I've been here for 3 years. And before that I kept my job for over 10 years. Im looking at this job opportunity as a long term fit for me. I have really great communication and relationships with my fellow coworkers. I reach out and network with them frequently. I have a general idea of the different skills the crew members have and also there opinions on the comings and goings of bgis. Im great at in person communication. Im very organized and use technology to assist with this. I keep really good notes and make sure my schedule is correct and up to date. Im very familiar with astea and can generally come up with solutions to issues involving astea. I regularly try to go above and beyond. With our amazon contract the customers will often reach out to me directly and ask me to take the lead in creating calls and ensuring that jobs get completed. I also have a very good relationship with all of the facility managers.
