My name is Jordan De Leon, I am currently enrolled in College of the Canyons where I am majoring in Fire Science and about to graduate this semester in June. I have completed all of my fire science classes and working on getting my EMT license by June 2026. I also work full time at Galpin Honda as a Porter. I have been working there for almost 2 years. Before that I worked my first job as a cashier at a Mexican restaurant for about 6 months. Through schooling and work I have been able to learn multiple skills that are important for a future career in the fire service and life in general. I am very physically active, I work in hard manual labor conditions but also stay in shape by eating healthy and going to the gym consistently. My whole life I have been surrounded by first responders through family and friends. They have inspired me to work towards and career in the fire service or as a first responder.
