Providing enhanced patient care by efficiently assessing and addressing medical emergencies in high-pressure situations alongside a Paramedic. while also maintaining professionalism and a safe environment for our patients.

• Duties and responsibilities include maintaining readiness for emergency call response; responding to fire, medical, and related emergency calls when dispatched and taking proper action; educating staff and public on fire safety/prevention; and performing other tasks related to City and Fire Department activities.

• Provide treatment, such as first aid or life support care, to sick or injured patients. Prepare patients for and safely transport them to the emergency department of a hospital or other healthcare facility. Document and report observations and any treatment provided, to physicians, nurses, or other healthcare staff.

• Responds to IFT calls and delivers top of the line patient care, support, and evaluation in a pre hospital setting whilst transporting patients between hospital and/or care facilities.
• Operated ambulances under both emergency and non-emergency conditions.
• Assisted in the transportation of patients to medical facilities.
