  • Monitor MUV and LUV. When there are deviations against the budget, investigate and initiate corrective actions.
  • Ensuring a reduction in production errors, therefore improving results and savings overall.
  • Verify labor standards are accurate for new SKU’s that are introduced to the facility.
  • Work with Sanitation and Maintenance to provide a schedule to optimize lines, Sanitation requirements and time for Maintenance PM’s.
  • Excellent knowledge of Food Safety, SPC, GMP’s, SQF, Allergens and Health & Safety.
  • Ensures compliance within the plant, preparing employees and equipment for each audit.
  • Oversee vendors/contractors onsite, providing information and guidance where applicable.
  • Assisted in hiring and training of production team from Supervisory level to GPW’s.
  • Lead, coach and develop personnel including feedback and conduct formal evaluations.
