Vivify painting

• Prep such as in sanding, patching holes, caulking any cracks, and masking what needs to be covered to prevent any damage prior to painting
• Paint interior and exterior homes and commercial buildings
• Do final walkthrough with homeowners and explain what was done and make sure they are satisfied with the work that was performed

Heritage Lake

• Provide assistance to a former maintenance technician
• Report any hazards that I would see around HOA facility, report if city workers needed to be contacted, and if any repairs needed to be done
• Ensure residents and myself are always following safety protocols
• I would make decisions if security needed to be contacted over problems that would occur in the facility
• Supervise and manage pool monitors

Hemet Valley Mall

• Coast Building Service
• Maintain facility clean at all times
• Empty trash cans around facility and make sure they are not over filled throughout the day
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and have them stocked up with restroom necessities
• Vacuum and polish floors when facility was closed so they could be ready for the morning and not be a falling hazard for our customers
• Inspect cleaning products to confirm they were in good quality, also would do inventory to always have our products in stock
