I started as a dishwasher and I level up moving to the kitchen doing prep and making pizza from scratch, then started to do salad bar and cooking. Continuing going to front of the dine in area and taking phone orders and online apps and server. Went to bartender school and became mixologist.
The restaurant have a banquet hall for privet events as well I became the manager of the place and starting booking and coordinator of any kind of events such as birthday parties, weddings, graduations, celebration of life, catering services, etc.
