Duties:

• Operate Truck and Trailer or Semi (Manual or Automatic)
• Pre-Trip and Post-Trip safety checks on assigned truck, and reporting necessary repairs to management and mechanic.
• Maintain driver logs in compliance with DOT regulations, either manually or electronically
• Keep accurate time on the GEO TAP system (log-in, deliveries, all other activities)
• Load and offload to Kinder Morgan/Kern Oil or any assigned refineries on daily task manner
• Deliver diesel, fuel to Stations , farms and business sites.
• Use safe and proper loading/unloading methods according to truck, tanks, type of fuel, and location (such as vapor recovery,)
• Wear appropriate PPE at loading rack and while unload at locations.
• Accurately record all delivery information (e.g. time, gallons, locations, etc.)
• Keep in communication with Dispatch and advise him/her of retained products, adjustments to schedule, delays.
• Unload any remaining product after final delivery to the yard if any.
• Documenting delivery accordingly for proper accounting/tracking of product inventories.
• Completing all paperwork
• Serve as a brand advocate and ambassador in every interaction with clients and the public

Warehouse Lead

Duties:

• Assist customers as needed with will call oil and fuel purchases
• Follow EPA, DOT and OSHA regulations
• Identify and address all safety related issues to supervisor
• Always wear proper PPE when performing an assignment
• Perform daily inspections of containers and drums for grounding/bounding as well as equipment such as forklift stand up and sit down
• Pump material to drums, totes, kegs, and pails in a safe manner once complete seal and label
• Transport drums to proper location area
• Perform drum opening to transfer product to kegs, totes or pails
• Drain and Stock all empty drums and empty new drums to designated area
• Load and unload bulk and packaged lube oil to or from incoming trucks and stock them in the appropriate location.
• Moving equipment around the yard or over the public road when needed
• Clean debris off wash pads
• Keep loading area concrete slabs free of pooled oil
• Upkeep of warehouse cleanliness and orderliness
• Perform monthly inventory using a scanner and input information to computer
• Complete and submit daily paper work of production and receiving
• Work on hot and cold weather conditions
• Operated Straight trucks to transport fuel and lubricants safely to various locations.
• Conducted pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
• Maintained accurate logs of hours driven, fuel usage, and maintenance activities.

• Duties:
• Operate and Maintenance Union Cal Reactor
• Test finished product sample every hourly and Document PH, Specific Gravity, Temperature, Monitor Readings, Pressure gauges.
• Manually turn valves to control acid, water, and Ammonia flow going in reactor
• Make adjustments when needed to keep flow meters on permitted and optimize limits.
• Perform inspections before starting and end of run
• Document run results into computer and send them to unit supervisor and HQ
• Work with hand and power tools when performing maintenance on reactor
• Load and Unload trailers, trucks and train wagons of anhydrous ammonia
• Inspect hoses, valves, and vapor compressor from ammonia area and around work facility.
• Work with other hazardous chemicals such as US-15, Phos acid, white acid etc.
• Operate Chemical blender and obtain blends sheets to combine different types of fertilizer into the chemical blender
• Operate Front End Loader and seat down forklift.
• Work with Dry Fertilizer blender to load up and unload trucks and trailers coming in
• Transport Fertilizer ordered product to customer location from unit office, answer any questions the customer ask
• Record monthly inventory to report to supervisor at the end of each month.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties such as assisting with special projects, attending training sessions, Providing back up to other departments.
• Perform housekeeping on worksite and around the yard always.
• Follow all Safety guidelines when working on a assignment and operating equipment at all times.
