After three years of working in the restaurant industry in both front and back of house in which I gained incredible experience in management and cooking skills as well as a good eye for cleaning and staff development, I then decided it was time to move forward and learn a new trade, butling. At TIBA, I learned the essential skills required of this esteemed profession such as an excellent eye for detail, an understanding of staff and management requirements of a large estate, and all the skills required to keep such a house in sublime condition.
I enjoy cooking for myself and others greatly and I have several recipes ready to go at a moment's notice
