• Trained and supervised all rig personnel working on my crew.
• Managed project components such as rig operations, equipment management, and HSE compliance.

• Monitor and maintain drilling fluid properties, conduct routine testing, and report on any issues
• Working with the 3rd party service to ensure materials are delivered as per location move and quantity on site
• Assessed costs and estimated production capabilities of wells to evaluate possible drilling sites.
