- also held the role as Special Envoy for Military Affairs.

• Championed impactful legislation by collaborating with subject matter experts and gathering necessary data to support labour policy proposals.
• Managed a budget of just under $2 Billion approximately with 870 Full Time Equivalent Employees while as a Minister in the 3 portfolios
• Held 14 public consultations to gather feedback from the general public throughout Manitoba, the first of its kind on Immigration.
• Led a successful Health Care Recruitment Mission in the Philippines in 2023 which has achieved positive results with the arrival of new health care workers in Manitoba and still many more to arrive
• Represented the Government of Manitoba at numerous Federal/Provincial/Territorial meetings at the national level and as well on the global stage on behalf of the Premier of Manitoba
• Developed strong relationships with stakeholders, including community leaders in labour, business and advocacy groups, to better understand the needs of the public
• Demonstrated exemplary leadership skills as an elected official by maintaining a high ethical standard, consistently engaging with constituents and local grassroots organizations and placing constituents' needs at the forefront of decision making.
• Developed and maintained an extensive network of contacts within the political sphere and from all types of professional backgrounds to facilitate collaboration on projects or gather information about potential opportunities
