Organized four 3-day band trips to Halifax for the Atlantic Festivals of Music, Had members of the École-sur-Mer intermediate band participate in PEI Intermediate Honors Band two years in a row (2019 & 2020), Have written/arranged band repertoire, often customizing to specific ensemble/band needs, Have adapted as necessary to enable students with special learning needs to participate and succeed in band class, Created and piloted a grade 10-12 music course in which students learned how to play a variety of rock band instruments, with a focus on listening in depth to the music and developing a deeper understanding of the theory behind it. By the end of the semester, students were able to hear a song and identify the basic chord progression, and analyze and play it without always consulting any music or chord sheets. There were many other projects done in this course as well, one being a re-creation of a popular tune using three electric keyboards, and learning how to use the sounds programmed within the keyboards. This course is unrelated to the course currently being offered at Three Oaks Senior High School and Montague Regional High School, Have collaborated on a French 7-12 music/band program; currently, there isn't one, Have collaborated with the theater troupe at École-sur-Mer, directing the music for musicals, Have written an article on improvisation, recently published in "The Canadian Music Educator", Actively involved in worship program at Cornerstone Baptist Church, Presently organize and direct a youth concert band at Cornerstone Baptist Church
