  • It operates the 14-kilometer Manila-Cavite Toll Expressway Road along the coast of Manila Bay Philippines that is now known as CAVITEX Expressway
  • Same with C5 Extension Expressway in Taguig, approximate 7.7-kilometer project that will link to the CAVITEX Expressway
  • Handling Database administration, database backup on a daily/monthly basis and system restoration can be done anytime as needed
  • Perform daily checking of toll data’s integrity, time synchronization and data verification
  • Conducts regular assessment of the performance and security of the servers and related equipment to ensure acceptable up time and acceptable quality of service which includes accessing internal and external portals as well as doing tests
  • Creates service request, coordinates, and informs internal service and escalate complex incidents to second-line support personnel for third party provider's issues
  • Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the internal partners based on agreed timeline
  • Receive calls and inquiries, provide support in accordance with established processes and document incidents and remedies
  • Proper coordination with system provider and all concerned on system updates, issues, and issue resolution
  • Reported problems are documented, recorded, analyzed and necessary corrective maintenance process is carried out
  • Software preventive maintenance process is complete and carried out regularly
  • Performs Anti-Virus Scanning of Toll Collection System computers
  • Maintain user access maintenance in the system user, roles, and privileges
  • Handling CCTV administration and performs playback for verification or investigation purposes.
