Professional Qualifications & Skills:
Current Administrator Certificate for ARF/RCFE! and Level 4i facilities
Minimum 2 years' experience in developmental disabilities and psychiatric care.
Management experience in residential care settings.
DSP I and DSP II certificates.
Completion of RCFE and Adult Residential Administrator Class.
Proficiency in providing required care and supervision, effective communication.
Ability to interpret and execute instructions, resolve issues.
Teamwork in diverse environments, strong leadership, assessment, clinical skills.
Ability to evaluate client conditions, develop treatment plans, computer skills.
Adequate transportation, valid driver's license, clean DMV record, auto insurance.
Minimum age of 21, health screening, TB test, and background checks.
