Heavy equipment utilized in marine, logging, mining, highway construction, quarry and dredging operations.

• Diagnoses and repair electrical faults and problems on the machine.

• Diagnoses and repair hydraulic systems.

• Examines parts for damage or excessive wear, using precision measuringtools and gauges.

• Maintains industrial machines and equipment and keep equipment servicerecords.

• Reads and understand operating manuals, blueprints and technicaldrawings.

• Knowledge on SIS web operations.

• Diagnose and repairs components and assemblies of CAT heavy mobile equipment, engines, transmissions, differentials, staring and charging systems, break system.

• Inspects, assembles and disassemble control valve and Hydraulic Pump.

• Assemble and Disassemble 3512, 3508, C9, 3208, 3412, 3406, 3306CATERPILLAR Engines Models.

• Assemble and Disassemble Torque Converter and Torque Divider.

• Perform engine top overhaul/Repair and reconditioning of cylinder head(3406,C9,C6.6,C6.4,

• Perform transmission overhaul of Caterpillar wheel loader and motorgrader

• Dis-assemble/Assemble and re-seal of hydraulic cylinders Likeboom cylinders, stick cylinders, bucket cylinders of hydraulic excavators

• Dis-assemble/Assemble and Re-Seal of hydraulic pump, control valve,final drives on Caterpillar products

• Pull-out /Dis-assemble/Assemble and Re-Seal of track adjuster such asbulldozers &hydraulic excavators

• Perform Transmission Overhauling and Repair of Wheel loader and motor grader such as Caterpillar products

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic system malfunction

• Perform Overhauling of main hydraulic pump

• Perform testing and adjusting of hydraulic system using Pressure Gauge and Adjust the Main Relief Valve to Specified Pressure.

• Perform Repair / Maintenance of undercarriage such as Bulldozer & Excavator.

• Perform Preventive Maintenance on Caterpillar machines and engines for Generator Sets

• Perform troubleshooting and repair on Caterpillar machines and engines using Caterpillar Electronic Technician

• Perform Technical Analysis Level-I and Level-II on Caterpillar machines and Generator Sets.

• Perform Custom Track Service to analyze wear on CAT Undercarriage.

• Perform valve lash on Caterpillar machines and engines

• Perform mechanical repair on Caterpillar machines and engines

• Perform diagnostic testing on Caterpillar machines and engines

• Troubleshooting air conditioning system malfunction on Caterpillar machines
