Responsible for intake, assessment and primary interviews with program participants. Provide on going support and guidance to participants. Book appointments and accept incoming referrals from various community agencies. Maintain regular contact with participants for follow-ups, support and guidance. Make referrals to appropriate sources and or Government/Community agencies. Ensure an approach that displays a positive attitude, sensitivity and understanding towards people of all backgrounds. Experience in facilitating a variety of Employment Topic Workshops and others based on the needs of the participants. Identify participants short and long term goals and assist them to achieve their potential (Education options, Health, Housing etc.) Employment counseling techniques including assessments, interviewing and job search.

• Taught English to Chinese speaking students aged 3-14 years old
• Prepared classes using teaching materials provided by the school, created lesson plans, activities, and projects
